A Fixed Point to Be Oriented is a bilingual Spanish–English publication by Inma Herrera and Shirin Salehi, created in collaboration with designer Clara Sancho and printed by Tallin Book Printers in December 2023. This publication compiles the visual record of the project exhibited at the Miró Foundation in Mallorca in 2021, resulting from the Pilar Juncosa Biennial Prize and the Sotheby’s Prize for Artistic Creation. It consists of a main book and an insert titled ‘The Sailor’s Hope’, which includes video stills from their practice. The photographic documentation is accompanied by an essay written by the artists in conversation with the artist Mònica Fuster.
